Verjaagd is an immersive interactive installation that not only tells, but makes the public experience the story of Entgen Luijten, the 'last' woman in the Netherlands to die of the witch trials. The installation can be experienced in two different ways. People can either get picked by the executioners to experience the perspective of Entgen Luijten on the pyre, or watch as the audience that would gather at the witch trials. The experience aims to make people more aware of femicide…..

My role in this project was the technician. Using TouchDesigner, Arduino, and sensors, I made sure the installation was responsive and the timings of the projected animation, the different audios and soundscapes, and ventilator were in order and ended correctly. I also used After Effects to make the projected fire animation.
